Q: What if I can't scan a photo to show you? What should I do?

A: You can 'snail mail' a color copy to our P.O. Box or contact us with specific details on your photos.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: Currently, we accept checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. After placing your order, contact us for your total. It will include shipping costs and tax, if applicable (CA residents only).

Q: Are all the products you use acid free?

A: All of our paper, adhesives, stickers, etc. are acid and lignin free. We use XYRON technology for the adhesive.

Q: What do you charge for a custom doll?

A: The price may vary depending on the details of the doll. Most will start at $5.99. For example, a wedding dress with vellum, several punches etc, will be a higher price as there where more details needed. Each doll will be uniquely different and will be priced on an individual basis. Please contact us for a quote.

Q: What if I need 30 dolls for a Birthday party? Will you be able to do that?

A: Yes, we do dolls in bulk for invitations and parties. We ask that we have at least 2 weeks notice for a large order. Please contact us regarding prices on large orders.

Q: How do I get my collapsible cube to stay open when I get it?

A: When you first receive your cube and open the package - open up your cube and either place it upside down for a while or place a box or something in it to form the shape - it will be used to this and you will use it over and over.
